Refund and Returns Policy
At KQ Bakes, every cake is freshly baked and customized as per your order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow the refund policy below:
🎂 Order Confirmation
- Orders are confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.
- Once the order is confirmed and baking process has started, cancellation is not eligible for a refund.
❌ Cancellations
- Cancellations made 48 hours before delivery/pickup are eligible for a partial refund (after deducting processing charges).
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery/pickup are non-refundable.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered if:
- The product delivered is damaged during transit.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- There is a major quality issue reported within 2 hours of delivery.
Proof (photos/videos) must be shared immediately upon receiving the order.
🚫 Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Minor design or color variations.
- Delay caused due to incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
